Gothic georgian double glazing

Anyone know where i can get someone to supply a bent-bar gothic georgian effect in a double glazed unit? The problem is that the proportions I have to deal with are very narrow. The unit is only about 300 wide by about 1000 high. What about an alternative like printing for example...
