High resolution mobiles?

    Hi all,

    just wondering can anyone tell me what the phones with the highest screen resolution currently available are?

    Both touch and non touch screen, its a big failing of the non touch s60 nokias :rolleyes:

    As far as I'm aware, the highest resolution available on handset screens is 800 x 480. This resolution can be found on a numbers of handsets, as seen here.

    The Sony Xperia has a ferocious screen res but only a moderate screen size.
    iIRC it's 800 x 400 or similar

    480 x 800 OLED screen with 16.7m colours.

    Best screen on a phone I have ever seen.

    The X1i has a resolution of 800 x 480 and a screen size, which I wouldn't call moderate, of 3".

    Well let's say it's not huge then considering the amount of pixels it's packing :)
