Hi all, Am meeting with a man tomorrow, im looking to buy 45sqm at the rear of my place.... apart from the price of the plot what extras would need to be factored in? solicitor? land registry? and if possible how much? Cheers

enquire about any right of ways, any previous planning attempts made, any known services running through it etc...
