The xbox is usually in my own room but i brought it down to the sitting room but left it there when I went to bed.

My brother was out for a few pints so he must have played when he came in.

EDIT: Is he really that bad that you know its not me. Hes actually not too bad a player but he shouldn't be using my account.

Yes he is that bad, he didn't use the A button once and just kept walking into players so it was fairly easy to tell it wasn't you.
