is there anyway i can check if my phone is still under warrenty . I bought a phone off advert's a while back and needs a repair but i'm not sure if its under warrenty

What phone is it?
Phones bought after april 2005 have a 24 month warranty in the EU

Nokia n95 8gb. i bought it off boards but didnt get proof of purchase with it.

Most places wont ask for proof of purchase when you send it to them. Fonemenders or mprc are the main two contact them if you want to know for certain.
