The boiler is about 20 years old and has performed great up to now. It was last serviced 12 months ago.
    Problems is as follows.
Pilot light lights ok. When I turn the heating on she fires up fine but after about 30 seconds it cuts off, the whole thing, pilot light included.

Pump is working fine, it was installed last year.
I bled the pump and the radiators.
I checked the header tank and it is full.
I 'blew back' in to the overflow pipe going in to the header tank.
I 'reset' by putting the ignitor in the off position and setting the head control to '0'.
Pilot light works fine on it's own, but once I turn the heating on it goes out as described above.
Any help appreciated, is this something I can fix myself, or do I need an engineer?
Or is my boiler destined for the great scrapyard in the sky?
