    Tea and cake.
Waking up at like 5 in the morning, go for a piss and then back to bed.
Thinking I have school when I wake up on a Saturday morning but quickly realising I don't.(:D)
Lying on the couch with one of my dogs beside me.
Sky Sports Super Sunday on a rainy day.

Waking up and realising it's only 4/5 in the morning and you have another 3 or 4 hours to sleep.

Waking up on a Saturday or Sunday at 8 and realising you can sleep longer, and it's raining outside so your missing nothing and are cosy in bed.

Finishing a huge load of homework/study and knowing your ready for an examination.

Walking home after a good night out.

A cigarette in the mouth, or a hand shake at the doorway.

    Friday evening after school. :D

The moment of finishing a long jog, and the subsecuent shower.

Seperation from people, very annoying folk.:p It would have to be combined with music or book though. And of course a ****.

I love that feeling, when you wake and think you have to get up, check the clock and it's only 4am :)

Also love freshly laundered sheets and PJs.

    Snuggling with my boyf.

this might be sad, but I love tucking my pj bottoms into my socks, keeps the heat in and I feel cosy! Not a look I carry forward to the daytime mind.

going for a spin up in the wicklow mountains any season cause it's always beautifal.

waking up checking your phone and receiving a txt msg

when you somehow click with someone on a certain day and get in to those deep conversations which you always come out with a certain clarity.

knowing i hav a network of friends and family who'd do anything for me.

and last but not least autumn, can't beat the way the sky seems so much bluer without the white sun of summer and nature seems much more relaxed

yeah so guess alot of things comfort me

I know that these days are coming soon so...After a gloomy rainy Winters day getting home when it's dark and it's still p!ssing rain. Making chocolate milk and sitting by the fire while hearing the rain and wind thrashing about outside and not caring cause I'm all snuggled up in my jammies watching the telly. :D

    Uplifting music.
Hugging someone and meaning it (me and them).
Getting into bed with newly washed sheets after a bath.
Hanging out with close friends in their apartments.

The gym. The cinema on Sunday night. Lying on the couch watching movies with my GF, listening to the rain outside. Nothing better ;)

A long walk, preferably close to a river or a lake.
Sitting alone after a long walk and looking out over a river or a lake.
    Smoking.
Riding on a bus for no reason whatsoever.
    Counselling sessions.
    Breathing exercises and muscle stretches.
Crashing on the couch with my hands locked behind my head and just looking at the ceiling.
Crashing on the grass with my hands locked behind my head and just looking at the sky.
The right hug at the right time. There are many types of hug, each suited to the right person and situation. A bad hug is horrible, the right hug is heaven.
    Alcohol.
A smile on the face of a person you love and the twinkle in their eye.
A good conversation with a good friend.
No conversation with a good friend because there is nothing that needs to be said.
    Piano music.
Seeing my kid sister laugh. This one is the ace, nothing can beat it. If she's happy, nothing else matters, my world is perfect.
