Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

plug in memory key and see if it comes back

also right click on my computer
    and select manage
go into device manager and find the cd drive
it will usually give you name which can contain brand of company that supplies
it might give idea of the software setting it up

just plugged in the memory key there now, no sign of a cd drive now .... i checked the cd drives properties earlier and there was no usefull information, no sign of anthin listed in hardware it was like an emulated drive but i defo have all that type of software disabled , i checked what processes running and nothin unusual. i could see i will wait for it to come back and leave ya know.
I hope to be upgrading to windows 7 next month anyway so that will prob sort it.

hold up just as i finished typing the cd drive showed up it must be linked to the memory key . its a corsair one ...... mystery solved you learn somethin new every day.....

I have one other vista issue that noone can solve if your intrested .....

A photo resizer software has left a relic on my pc i cant get rid of .......
when i right click on a icon on the desktop in that menu along with the usual options i have Resize pictures and a few other options
I got a context menu editor but that cant pick it up or stop it.

if i understand right, you want to remove items in the context menu that were left behind.

try the instructions or program on
    http://www.winvistaclub.com/e11.html

the program will let you edit the menu
