Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nikon D50 service

    Hi,

Went for a hike up Lugnaquilla and managed to go waist high into a bog-hole and get some boggy water into my Nikon D50 on the way back down.

Getting 'Err' message when I turn it on and looks very blurry (possibly due to a mixture of dampness and dirt) when I look through the eyepiece. Can access the menus, view images etc. ok but getting 'err' if I try and take a shot.

Anyone know anywhere reputable in the North East to get the camera serviced?

    Thanks for any help,
    Paul

Nikon service centre in Rathmoylan, County Meath may be able to help you. I haven't dealt with them so it's not a recommendation but it may be worth giving them a shout and then making up your mind. The number I see listed for them is 046-9557151.
