chipleader in 44$ 6max tourney wit 11left, get back to find i'm like 6/7 lose over 2/3's my chips

well stacked in a 109$ fo, 22$ fo, lose considerable ground in these and short stacked

have a 15BB's resteals stack maybe more in the warmup come back to 5BB's push and run into JJ

not happy at all, i have lost out on considerable $$ because of this BS, does anyone know wat they will do?

Error in the Sunday million, most people were put sitting out. One person at my table wasn't and kept raising stealing the blinds, bit of a joke

  • Registered Users Posts: 539 ✭✭✭gorrrr72

I was sitting out for around 10 hands but couldn't see what I was being dealt.
Just before they paused everything I see I have AA but no buttons to act. Action comes to me and the buttons re-appear. I flat call a raise so does BB. Get it all in against a straight draw and he misses. Phew.

Not sure what this means for the cash game players. Obviously this is a form letter since I haven't played in a tournament for a couple months:

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

We have experienced some technical difficulties and our programmers are
currently taking care of this issue. Our sincerest apologies for any
    inconveniences caused.

If you have been materially affected in a tournament and feel you are
entitled to a refund of the buy-in, please send us an email with the
    following in the subject line:

"Refund Request for player *USER ID*: T#xxxxxxxxx, $0.00"

Where *USER ID* is your account's login name, and where "xxxxxxxxx" is the
number of the tournament and "$0.00" is replaced with the buy in amount. If
you do not know the number of the tourney in question, please send us the
    following details:

    1. Time of the tournament
    2. Type of the tournament
    3. Name of the tournament

We will review your refund request as soon as possible. Once again, we
apologise for all the inconveniences. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Let us know if we can be of some further assistance.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Regards,

    Paulo C.

    .

"Entitled to a refund of a buy in" does not sound like entitled to a big pile of cash to replace tournament equity

Got refunded for the Sunday Warm up and a 22$ tourney, that i busted out in the money about 100 but was in great shape, didn't cash in the warm up but got the refund

i can understand they can't do much about the tourney where i was 2/11 left and busted in 6th in the end

in fairness to them it was a ****ty spot for them, which i'm sure will not happen again

    fair play stars i guess

***** didnt refund me even after i email them with full details.

I was playing in 2 tourney doing well, over 1hr logged out. lost about 20% of my stack in both MTT's so they were paused

Same problem here. There is a message on one of the tables that they are experiencing a Network Routing problem and lots of players have been disconnected.

Twice in one month - not good for the largest poker site in the world.

    back up now

was 2 of 26 and watched myself get blinded down til now (5 of 16), on the plus the blinds have been at 500/1k for ever and 15/30 for over half an hour on another table.

this is bad for stars tho thats twice in as many weeks.

It think it just crashed again - came back up for a very short while.

Lots of annoyed players on there at the moment.
