Why am I banned from the 'Midband' forum?

    this account hadn't been used for a while and since i started using it again i have been banned from the midband forum. but the last time i used it before that there was no midband forum so why am I banned from it and is there any way to get unbanned?

    midband is a subforum of broadband, hence the user will not be able to access it if banned from broadband.
