What is going on in this forum? Specifically- what is the story with Scofflaw and his closing many many threads just because he doesn't deem the thread interesting enough. Who can we complain to? It's ridiculous and this person thinks they can close or lock every third third, and sadly, it's typically the threads that are…

Who can we complain to? It's ridiculous and this person thinks they can close or lock every third third, and sadly, it's typically the threads that are on the No side of the Treaty.
