Pedigree cats.

How would one go about sourcing a pedigree cat in this country? Say a siamese or a Russian blue??? Google isn't massively helpful and I've not seen them advertised much in any newspaper, yet I see people with these cats so it's obviously possible to source them, but how:confused:
