Top restaurant for lunch in Wicklow/Kildare area

    Hi all,

    Staying over in Wicklow in 3 weeks time. Was going to pop over to Powerscourt for lunch but cant afford it. Ananda in Dundrum doesnt open until 5.30 and Bon Appetit doesnt open on Sundays.

    Point is I'd love a top lunch but wondering do I have to go to Dublin to get it?

    Surely there is a top fine dining restuarant in the Naas, Newbridge, Arklow, Carlow, Bray radius?

    MASH restaurant in the osprey in Naas
    Vie de Chateaux also is naas is lovely

    Brook lodge in Macreddin near Aughrim

    Checked out Brook Lodge - do they serve food there, seems to be a Spa only?

    Tinakilly is lovely, haven't been there in a while though. But the last few times were fabulous.
