Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Probably best to get onto your retailer.

I would guess that it might be a "half price" deal rather than a free replacement.

The crash replacement programme is done direct with the distributor, Madison- prices here. I am still waiting on mine, has been quite a while now (months.)

I couldn't wait for Madison to send me a new one, think it was £50 for a Saros plus postage for the broken one, so just bought one from CRC.

With me it was an Atmos and the crash replacement was still a fair bit cheaper than buying a new one online. The prices are set at half UK RRP.

Just availed of this and had a replacement Atmos delivered last week (9 days after I posted damaged one).

Pretty fast turnaround considering it coincided with the volcanic ash crisis.

BTW, despite the T&C's stating "The Giro Crash Replacement Programme is available only to customers that are resident in the UK" they allowed me a replacement no problem.
