PSN down?

"PlaystationNetwork is currently undergoing maintenance."

Is everyone getting this? I was online playing Fifa10, then I decided to play COD4. When I tried to connect I got a message saying unable to connect to matchmaking. I signed out and signed in again and was told "PlaystationNetwork is currently undergoing maintenance." I really wanna play COD4!

Tryin to start Warhawk I get the server may currently be down for maintenance or updating. Try again later ?

Whever i try to get on to PS store i keep getting a message that its not available in my country or region.

I also got the maintanence message.
