Help finding Kenny Report 1974

Was wondering if anyone had any assistance as to where I could find an online copy of the Kenny Report from 1974 on the price of building land? A pdf maybe, preferably not photos of a hard copy as per the New Left Reviews copy? Any help much appreciated!
