    Hi all

I have a Briggs & Stratton ride on lawnmower - however I have lost the spare key for it. Is it possible to get a new key cut from the original or is there a way I can order a replacement spare?

    Cheers

Most decent locksmiths should be able to order the appropriate blank key and cut a copy. If it's a standard enough blank then may have it in stock.

Cheers for that - I'll drop into one in the next few days

If a locksmith can't help and your stuck, it might be worth giving a proper (as opposed to B&Q etc.) mower specialist a call. I burnt out the ignition on mine last year and a new one with 2 new keys only cost about 15 Euro from Ruffley's in Rathangan (http://www.lawnmowersireland.com/index.html)

I have used Atkins for spare parts etc for my Castelgarden lawn mower for a few years now. Always a great service from them. They have 2 keys on their website, links below, you might be lucky.
