Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was anybody listening to Tom Dunne yesterday? He had some guy on talking about a restaurant in Catalonia where you had to put your name in the draw for a seat a year in advance and only a few people ate in the restaurant at any one time. It sounded really odd and really, really expensive to everybody except, perhaps, John O'Donoghue.

But does anybody know the name of the restaurant and the name of the chef?

    El Bulli. Ferran Adria.

Just to edit in here. No I wasn't and never knowingly will listen to TD's show but I'm pretty sure that that'd be the restaurant being discussed. A small window of opportunity to book a table at a time that suits the restaurant that will then serve you a set menu costing over 200 knickers without liquids. All that said I'd still love to go.

Yes, that was the name of the restaurant. Can't remember the name of the man who was on talking about it though.

A load of overhyped foam nonsense anyway.

Give me a steak and kidney pie.

This article about the restaurant was in the Irish Times magazine a couple of weeks ago.
