Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tried it on another machine? Is it still under warranty?

I have the same external drive..Maxtor Basics 500 GB. It packed it in last weekend. I wouldn't mind except I only bought the thing 6 months ago in PC World.:(

EDIT: and yes..also tried and failed on second computer.

Saw on net about disconnecting completely (which I have done) & connecting directly into a pc. I have an old pc & can do this but do I have to remove existing computers hard drive there are spare power & ribbon connections but do I need to put in commands.

    Any help appreciated
