    I logged onto the blacknight site and opened a chat session to ask about secure file hosting a couple of hours ago but no reply. Anyone home? Is it b0rked?

    On further investigation it looks like there was a minor configuration issue that could have led to this. Basically, for about 24 hours, the livechat was trying to be "clever" in how it assigned calls, which obviously didn't work. It's now back to the way it was previously
