Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I presume this is the right forum for this question, but im wondering how do you resize a picture on your computer, or is there a way of reducing the pixel size?

    Yep - using osheads helpful links above (had forgotten about that animated googley thingy)

    a couple of the usual candidates;

    picasa
    irfanview
    the gimp

    there is a windows resizer thingy from microsoft that loads into your windows os

    all good image applications (worth their salt will do it).

    wouldn't take this advice if you want the photo to actually look good.

    MS paint uses a horrible compression algorithm.

    you can't go wrong with picasa or the gimp.

    why do you get that 'feeling' ? Lack of computer literacy doesn't imply that someone doesn't care about the quality of their images. Oh look, masada has a bebo account. Obviously masada isn't looking for award winning photographic high quality. See what I did there ?

    computers <> photography.
