    Different for each school I think, best thing to do is check your weekly timetable.

    Try two weeks Christmas holidays, then straight through till the end of June with no Easter break, and no reading weeks at all, ever! Grumble grumble...

    Mainly it's for arts students. It gives them a chance to catch up on reading and essays because they have so many lectures :p
