Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What could be the problem?

I have a 2001 Audi A4. Since last night there has what i could best describe as a screeching noise from the car. I think its coming from the front right of the car. Now when i hit the clutch or change gear it goes, but once i hit the accelerator again its back.
Also i feel as though my steering is a bit stiff, particularly when turning left or right.

    Any ideas on the problem?

And how could it be fixed? is it something that i could do or is it a garage job?

I'm not familiar with the A4, but it's not a big job to replace the belt. I'm sure someone else will be able to advise you more.

Its possible you need a new belt too so if you are not into these things, best get someone to have a look for you although nothing difficult involved.

Unless you're handy enough with the spanners you're better off bringing it to a good indie.
