Which leads me to believe you either really like posting pictures of yourself (possible), or that you're just in there looking at the pictures of the girls. Or the other guys, I dunno.     I remember the posts that made me uncomfortable. More than one of those is too many, in my opinion.

    I'm sure it wasn't just me who reported your posts, and that's why you got banned. If the regulars in a forum are upset or offended by your style of posting, and it contravenes the rules, why should you get to post in that forum?

    Regulars reported your posts, as they are supposed to. They're not meant to mention it to you. You got warnings from mods about your style of posting - that's how you're supposed to know. You ignored them. You got banned. I'm not sure what part of that process you don't understand.


    And if your reply to a woman who you've made uncomfortable by making suggestive remarks is that she has "no sense of humour" then it's really no wonder you've been banned.

    Judging by your comments here to users and moderators of the ladies lounge, I see no reason why you would be let back in at all.


    It's very unclear what this thread is actually about. You want to reply to your previous thread, which was locked, you're not refuting the ban, but now you want us to explain why you were banned and justify it, despite that being done already...... you'll need to clarify what you want from this thread.

    shellyboo you have a very loose definition of "pervy" as you inferring Kumate is. You said his posts weren't mature either, would it not be better to apply a bit of maturity to the situation and just accept a bit of fun and a joke and not get so offended by it?

    Thank you for clarifying, Thaedydal.

    Well, the ladies lounge will remain open for all to post.

    Think of it like a vegetarian restaurant. Meat eaters are welcome, but not if they start complaining about the menu to the management, bothering the other patrons, or generally making a nuisance of themselves.

    They will be asked to leave.

    The charter is there, the rules are clear, everyone is expected to obey it, we will not be banning all males because some are unable to restrain themselves or follow the rules provided.

    Why should I have to take it as a joke? Why should I have to look at it at all when it's against the rules? Give me one good reason why he should be allowed come into the Ladies Lounge and make jokes about his penis, or his sex life and lack of it, contributing little else?

    nobody told me those jokes werent allowed

    I made a pun using my pet cock jordan, I dont make many penis jokes, that was the only one.

    I dont discuss my sex life because there is none.


    If I had been made aware of what I was doing wrong I may have been able to avoid making that mistake. I contributed to other threads in the ladies lounge, search function is currently not working.

    We want to get that clear form the off-set: this forum is not a forum for learning how women work, it’s a forum for discussion from a woman’s point of view. With that in mind, things may be a little different here than what you’re used to elsewhere on boards.ie so we’d really appreciate it if you could take the time to acquaint yourself with the Charter and the forum guidelines before you start posting.

    First off: No flaming, trolling, spamming, personal abuse of any kind, porn, rape jokes, paedophilia jokes, off topic posts or derailing of threads, degrading of women whether you think its funny or not, cheesy sleazy pick up lines, requests for pictures or txt speak

    This is a forum where women can post without fear of all of the above, a ‘safe’ forum if you will. Any posts which threaten that safety will be considered to contravene the Charter. It is not a forum for guys to ask questions about how their partners minds work (we can’t figure our own out at the best of times, how the heck can we explain your nearest and dearest’s??) or what to get them for the Christmas/birthday/Valentines. Any threads like these will either be moved or closed at the Moderator’s discretion.

    Anyone breaking any aspect of the charter will be warned firstly (by one or a combination of PM/infraction/on-thread) and then banned for any further violations*. The length of the ban will depend on the degree of the violation or amount of previous violations.

    Are we done now?
