Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Well 50 aint so bad..
im waiting on a call from the cancellations department and the girl i was speaking to on the regular help desk advised that i would have to pay a percentage of the premium aswell..
the thing is, i recently made an amendment to my policy for a different car that upped the monthly payment by loadsssss and dont want the penalty to be a % of it... does the cooling off period cover 'amendments' to existing policies too?

    thanks

Generally the cooling off period is the first 14days of the policy, so amendments do not have one. How long ago did you to the change of vehicle on your policy?
