Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A friend of mine has a 360 and would like to play DivX files. He doesn't have an internet connection and therefore can't connect to xbox live. I know I can download the system update and burn it to disc for him but am I right that it still needs to download a codec from Live to work? Can I download this for him at all? Are we completely fecked? Thanks for any help!

Apologies for the very vague post.

You can download the update from xbox.com, you then burn it onto a disc and pop it in your console.
