Ulster Bank Home Insurance Emergency Number

Does anyone know why the 24 hour Emergency Number for Ulster Bank Home Insurance just has a recorded message in a loop. When I got up this morning I found the carpet in my sitting room soaking wet and traced it to a leaking radiator valve, so I need to contact them. Many Thanks

The number worked again on Monday morning.

I guess someone did not switch it over when they left on Friday evening.

When I rang they did not seem to know anything about it.
