Garmin Default POI

Hi Folks, I have reset my Garmin 250w and all my Points of Interest are gone. Nothing there at all! Is there anywhere I can download the default POI list that came with my unit? I have tried the Garmin site, got the POI loader, but no POI's with it!!! Please Help Danno!
