They're only the oficially supported ones though, I'm sure you could still just use the generic Opera Mini browser instead...

Yes and no. There are navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen on the Tocco via obscure the navigation, there is meant to be a hack to fix it but i haven't got it to work.
