Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Variety.com has published an article stating that WWE has turned down an offer from Google to convert it's popular "WWE Fan Nation" Youtube channel into a paid subscription service. In just over a year since its launch, WWE's Youtube channel has served 528 million views to date and has nearly 1.5 million subscribers.

    Source Rajah.com

Good call by the WWE keep the paid services for PPV and the WWE Network if that ever launches.

Surprised about that. Would have thought WWE would have been all for paid subscriptions.

Aren't they doing some new video thing with Yahoo during the summer?was an ad for it on Raw IIRC,they'll probably charge for that.

WWE.com is reporting that Dolph Ziggler suffered a concussion at last night's Smackdown taping.

They should refund his Money in the Bank briefcase.

    The Observer:
Regarding the Fandango dancer situation, the original dancer was back on the 5/6 Raw show. She has been given no name, nor do we know who she is past the point she’s clearly a professional dancer. For the previous two weeks, Danielle Moinet as Summer Rae had been with him, and they gave her a name pretty quickly. She wasn’t booked on the Raw show but was booked to appear on the 5/7 Smackdown tapings. Time will tell what happens. Moinet is a trained pro wrestler and athlete, but not a professional dancer. If the role requires interaction, bumps, etc., she would be ahead. The idea right now is to use both. I was told the company likes the original because she’s the real dancer, but she’s a college student and can’t make it every week, nor go on the road. She had finals the last week or so which is why she was off.

Gah,still no word on the name of the classy dancer!

Kind of a stupid decision by WWE to hire a girl who wouldn't be available every week though.

WWE/Meltzer probably don't want fans to Claire Lynch her so to speak.

New Jack will debut tonight on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in an episode that airs tonight at 11 PM with a number of replays over the next 24 hours.
We have heard that Jack will be appearing as something of an "urban correspondent" and may be semi-regularly appearing on the series.

Mick Foley has appeared on the show in the past.

Michael Cole has announced that he is attempting to climb his first mountain, along with JBL. They will be climbing Mt. Whitney mid-August.

Wonder what happens for commentary while they are gone? I assume they will miss at the very least one week, but likely several weeks.

JR & Lawler reunion I'd assume. possibly some guest commentators (Miz, Punk, Jericho, Heyman, etc)

My main man, the man, the myth, the legend MMA's Dave Meltzer profiled in the New York Times

Glad to see him get the recognition. Loved how it bookended. 110 hour work week is something else.

Re: Commentary. Would love to see Maddox pushed towards a permanent role on the desk. He reminds me of Heenan to some extent when he is waffling jokingly to himself.

Also his acting skill after great scope beyond calling matches.

That said, Punk worked great the last time. Give Sandow the stick and let him shine with an abundance of time.

Didnt realise he was 53. Thought he was a good bit younger than that.

He says he makes over 6 figures a year from it. I wonder is that high or low, anyone have an idea or ballpark figure of Observer subscribers?
