    There are only a number of ways for me to come back at you on that... All of which result in me being banned!

    basketball in Sportsco (which was suggested by Nialo and by some freakish coincidence is next door to his house :rolleyes:) is on this Sunday, the 18th of October, at 6pm!

    I would love to do this, but I'm not sure if I can make it this Sunday - I won't know until Saturday, so I'll post early on Sunday if I can make it. Either way, I'm definitely up for playing on an ongoing basis.

    Word of warning, I haven't played any basketball for about 15 years and I'm pretty unfit at the moment, so don't be expecting great things from me!

    Thats no problem at all! I'll keep tabs on the forum or if you like send me you number in a pm and I can give ya a text on saturday! :)

    Seriously, don't worry about being unfit! Most of us are in the same boat (except of course the amazing tall hairy Nialo who has to trek to and from sportsco on Sunday! :rolleyes:)

    Also anyone who has basketballs, please bring!! :)

    Hope you can make it.

    I’m very unfit too, and hadn’t played for a good few years too. Started playing basketball again about 3 weeks and a bit of jogging, and I feel allot better for it.

    I should be ok for this Sunday at 6pm, I'll try to confirm 100% by friday if I can.
    Also, I'm pretty sure I'll die from unfitness at some stage though :)

    N-line its in ringsend, at the Sportsco Gym near the race track.
    have a look back through some of the posts.

    Shivvy Booked it for 6 until 7

    you can get a 1,2 or 3 bus from city centre.
    Bring about €10 just to be safe.

    should only be about €5 a head if we get a good turn out.
    prob about €7 each.

    Im Paul, the bloke with the ponytail & white shorts.

    was fairly nackard after a half an hour.

    hope to see everone again next week, was good fun.

    If we have enough people going over a few weeks. we will get a set of bibs, so we can keep track of our own team players.
