Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This was factory restricted, so if you restrict it again you can avail of the cheap insurance.

I just called aon to get a insurance quote on that bike.
I get new quoptes for every bike i consider getting, hehe!

They said that cannot be factory restricted as suzuki didnt start factory restriction until late 2001.

I asked him to double check that..... on hold for a few minutes....
He came back to me and confirmed it. Oh well!

If you were trying to help you could of said so.
The impression it gave was that there was some problem with me talking about bikes on multiple forums.

You can also see your post on biker was deleted.....

Just saying "look what i found" and linking each site to each other doesnt come across as helpful.

If you were just trying to help then of course i mean it when i say thank you.

But it didnt come across that way is all.

Mind you, the politics between this site and biker.ie meant I picked up your post incorrectly! So my apologies too.

I'd really be considering buying from across the water if I were you, look at some of these:

    http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1269754.htm
    http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1229468.htm
    http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1273237.htm
    http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1178166.htm

Personally if I was in the market for a bandet I'd already be on my way over to pick up that first one.

And generally UK bikes are in better nick due to them having nicer roads and (yearly?) MOT's. At the moment:
    3,500.00 EUR = 3,227.98 GBP

€300 for bike delivery and prob €3-400 for VRT

Not sure if i should have made a new thread or not but I'm trying to determine my next bike between

    XR400 - DR350 and XT600

Anyone got any advice on which bike to choose. I just passed my test last week so I'll have to restrict the xt/xr to 33bhp if i get one. I think the dr is learner legal at 30bhp but it is over the 0.16kW/kg i think.

    Thanks
