Crutches?

I injured my right quad playing football at the weekend. It feels like a pernament dead leg meaning i cant walk without pain. I dont want to go to a physio or A and E, does anyone know where you can purchase crutches without paying a fee to a GP or physio

How do you know it isn't something more? You're probably better off getting a referal from your GP to the A&E to be on the safe side.
