Feedback on blog

I've recently started a little blog, primarily writing about my family - in a funny way, something similar to the below blogs
    - http://www.blogonkevin.blogspot.com/
    - http://www.cheekyshideaway.com/

The difference is that I write about my family on not necessarily about current events.

Here's the link to my blog: http://judgebrix.blogspot.com/

Anyway, I would really appreciate feedback on the stories - constructive feedback of course. No need to have personal insults posted or other verbal abuse, but perhaps feedback on the writing itself.

You can post the comments on the site itself or reply here.

If you want to share the link with friends, please feel free to send it around.

    Thanks
    JudgeBrix

Nice looking blog. But you probably have too many ads. Plus you don't really need the Clock widget or the one that lists your own posts. You should put a blogroll on there to try and get other sites and blogs to link to you by trading links.

thanks for the feedback. Cleaned up the layout slightly. The "beaty" of AdSense is that amount of widgets they activate.

"Welcome to the weird and wonderful adventures of my family; 2 adults, 2 kids (soon to be 3) and 3 dogs. What could possible go wrong? We are a normal family that goes through normal day-to-day stuff."

I wouldn't be depending on AdSense for much income, especially when you're posting about your family. Try one ad above each post and just one in the sidebar. Otherwise it looks like an ad site and takes from the content.
