    Hi all,

I have to be good for a few weeks and knock off the effects of 3 weeks away in South Africa where I think I ate a full cow over the time I was there.

SO.. I have 3 carrots, some brocolli, couscous and a chicken fillet.

When I get home, I have a 30 minute slot to have dinner made and eaten.

Any ideas? At the moment, I'm gonna just boil the veg, and grill the chicken and stick on some savoury gravy.

Someone please liven up my dinner!

I've used this recipe and it's yummm, I would go a bit lighter on the cinnamon though : http://uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/607647

I like grated Grana Padano on my veg - just a dusting of finely & freshly grated cheese will make a HUGE difference.

Just go to the schwartz spice rack in your local supermarket & get a few different jars, they're not expensive & last ages.
Found the site here so you can decide what you want before you go to the shop and not stand there staring at them for a half hour like myself:

You can get cous cous seasoning, never tried it myself. Recommend the steakhouse pepper, I use it on everything :) he he hee

I know you can try add some flavour to foods using cheese and the likes but these would be the lower fat option :P Always a good thing if u ask me :D also tastes better
