Do any GPS units currenltly on the market include speed limit data for all roads (not just camera locations) ?

Most of them already have the ability to calculate what speed one is doing (based on rate of change of position) coupled with such data it could be a good way of warning people who might be unknowingly breaking the speed limit

ADDS: Apoligies for not putting this in GPS forum.

I have a Garmin Nuvi 760 and it shows the limits for all areas.

I had an older gps that used to warn me when I went over the speed limit. But I had to turn that off as it got very annoying in some areas.
