    has this function gone, was sure used to be able to do it before, seems i cant now though

    There is a set time limit for how long you can edit your posts and when the time is up for the first post in a thread you can no longer eidt that post or the thread title.
    You can how ever as a mod of the forum it is in to edit it for you.
