    Arms through small holes, head through medium hole, both legs through big hole. Add contrasting trousers and shoes.

    Once you've used the above instructions to get it on, may I suggest a pair of really indigo blue jeans. Crisp white shirt and blue jeans is one of the most perfect combinations ever!
