    I came across this in the Sligo Weekender and thought it was worth flagging for people.

    Some of the kids that attend the CRIB youth centre in sligo have put together an information card that promotes positive mental health and it also provides information for organisations to contact if someone is feeling down or worried. The card is for both young and old and available from the CRIB on Rockwood parade.

    A very commendable project so fair play to those involved and hopefully as its an initiative organised by a youth centre it will remove some of the stigma or fear than young people may have when it comes to discussing their mental health. If anyone here works with school kids/young people it might be worth getting a hold of some cards to pass around.
