    Pete Doherty Gig Cancelled (Shock-horror!)
Peter Doherty’s scheduled dates in Ireland this week have been postponed. A statement was issued today from the artist’s agent: “Last night Peter Doherty was admitted to Swindon Hospital with exhaustion and breathing difficulties. He is currently und...er observation by doctors.” The shows are currently being rescheduled with dates to be announced.

Quote taken from the Roisin Dubh's Facebook page.

Not really a huge surprise, I know. That lad is a mess.

Maybe if he quit taking goof balls he'd enough energy to tour....or maybe if he took more of them he would..I'm not sure how that works...Either way what an A-hole!

    Ah poor 'troubled troubadour' Pete.

Money back + not listening to his warbling sh*te = win/win.

I'm sure Heineken will have someone lined up (no pun) to replace him.

They staying in the G again, this must be like the 10th time or something, they gotta have the loyalty card filled now.

They usually stay with Davy Carton in Tuam when they play Galway.

Made me laugh. Well, I didn't get tickets, have seen him a few times before, and would like to have gone, but truly and utterly not surprised it was cancelled. Not the first time he's cancelled Irish gigs either
