advice needed on indoor light and heat

Hi ALL

Advice needed !!

I am putting together my own home gym using a large garden shed (12 foot long 6 foot wide)and need to sort out light and heat

I dont (for expense and work reason) want to dig up the garden to put in electric wires etc etc

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what i can use to supply heat and light in order for me to use it ?

I am likely to be using the gum max 1 hour 2/3 nights a week and I am going to be the only one using it.

Is camping equipment possible?

any help would be appreciated

not too sure about heating it with camping equipment or if there is a cost effective way to heat the place that would be cheaper than installing a cable? a stove maybe? Calor gas heater?

anyway there are small solar panel systems available, you'd need a car battery and everyting else is provided, the panel cables light switch and 2x9W 12Vdc CFL lamps, should cost around 100 euro or less. these will give you about 3 hours of light from each lamp on a fully charge car battery. they say 7 hours but I'd half that at least
