Went to try to book NCT as it's due. Checked all the dublin, and close by test centres. All fully booked till january 2010, and the site wont let you book any date after that!

Anyone know of any within a reasonable drive from Dublin that are not fully booked??

I spoke to them yesterday and they said the wait was about 2-3 weeks. (Didn't book it yet as I haven't my logbook).

Were you looking for a Saturday or something, OP?

Yep, if you're prepared to take a few hours off work afaik you can hijack a no-show. Ring your local test centre and ask them. You may have to spend a few hours sitting in your car at the centre though waiting for the nod.
