Hi all

Trying to get my Vodafone 6124 unlocked and my new mobile operator told me it usually takes 48 hrs but when i rang vodafone they said they don't have to code and they have to send off to nokia for it which takes up to 10 days. Are they just tryna fob me off or has anyone else had a similiar experience ?
