SRC hk416, battery options?

hi guys,
just enquiring for a mate of mine who owns a src hk416 who's not using a battery box, has a 7.4v lipo(that is pretty lame) which is the only battery he found which fits by the barrell... . just wondering if anybody had suggestions as to how to integrate a 9.6v into it? he's totally against using a battery box as he hates them. i was also wondering if the battery connection could be re-wired from the front of the gun to lets say a stock which can take a 9.6v nunchuck? please excuse my ignorance

i just like firing aeg's not fixing them....

Perfectly possible to rear wire it and use a crane stock battery in the stock. Easy peasy... most techs can do that in thier sleep for him.

do you kno of any manufacturers that'll do a stock for it?

I belive the hk417 stocks, and all crane stocks will fit on this gun. Standard size stock tube...

any maker that sells a crane stock should be fine. Personal recomendation? go for the g&p... muchos nice.
