Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
Trying to plan ahead on my insulation for my upstairs living space, roof 40 pitch, conc block knee wall to purlin, and collar ties, cold roof planned,.
here's my question , does this approach seem ok.

Insulate, between the rafters up the slope to the collar ties, ( keep 50mm gap from felt) then full depth between collars, down other side, then PU board every thing inc knee wall. Vent the void above the collar ties.? Add another layer above the collar ties ( void approx 1 metre from CT to ridge)

Or run all the way up the rafter slope with the insulation between, to the ridge, add cont ridge vent
