    Hello Everyone,

I need help! I am looking for a gym/some sort of cardio activity for the winter. Last summer i ran 4/5 days pw and now i can't wake up because it's too cold:(
The only gym close to me is Crunch fitness and the price is €56 per month and i can't afford that.
I am looking for something cheap and cheerful.

    All ideas welcome:D

All run by the council and pay as you go. The Markevich is off Townsend Street near Tara Street dart station. I haven't been in many moons, fond memories though.

If it's just cardio you're after Min why don't ya do a few rounds of something like:

    Push Ups x 10
    Squat x 20
    Jumping Jacks x 30
For as many rounds as ya can do in 30 - 40 minutes.

Switch around with lunges, jumping squats and running on the spot for one minute as fast as ya can raising your knees as high as ya can! Try it for two weeks and I gauran-damn-tee you'll be happy.

Go for runs around the local parks too! Enter a 10km race and give yourself three months to prepare =]
