Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just started at Trinity, so I now get the bus probably about 10 times a week, and I also get the train (Drumcondra - Pearse) at least once a week. Are those rambler tickets the only kind of multiple-journey tickets you can get? A 30 day ticket is €100, which doesn't work out any cheaper, is there no 50 journey type ticket, or an Oyster Card style ticket?

If you get a Student Travel Card you can get a 30 day rambler for €75 which helps a bit. There isn't really a whole lot of choice.

    A 30 day ticket is €100
Note this is any 30 days, so if you don't travel on a particular day, it doesn't get counted against the 30 days.

Do look at the student tickets.

Oyster style pay as you go is not yet available in Dublin.

There are several Student tickets available, once you have a student travelcard:

Details of the student travelcard are at:

Note that the bus only rambler tickets are valid for non-consecutive days - i.e. any 5 individual days or any individual 30 days in an 18-month period.
