Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    God give me patience ...!I take it all other secondary schools have gone 'Policy' and 'Planning' mad over the last couple of years and its not just us ?The FEAR of INSPECTION has been used as motivation for all this .Well guess what, we've had loads of inspections and they still keep on pumpin' it out .There are so many different ways to hate this job...still could be worse ...could be in England ...

    Policies are meant to drive good practice as are planning exercises. Yes it takes time to get buy in, I know, believe me. "Fear of inspection" is entirely the wrong motivation. It seems to me that some "change champions" are badly needed in some schools.
