Newtown Manor / Cavan Developments

    i own an apartment in newtown manor in kill, co. kildare. having really big hassle with the management company. Two big problems:
    - There's no proper accounts in place for 2007 to 2009. we've had two meetings this year and the accounts keep changing. not being shown any proof where the money went. just handed a list of lump sums spent and we're supposed to take the management agent at their word
    - cavan developments were renting out some of the empty apartments whie they could'nt sell them. the management company (us) were paying for the bins, insurance, electricity in the block. We're also paying the insurance in the blocks where they own a few apartments that are sitting empty. Cavan Developments have'nt paid one penny towards the management company. they just took the rent. Management agent is'nt sure he can force them to pay up.

    Are Cavan Developemts liable to pay fees to the Management Company (us)? Anybody else have any similar problems in their estates? what can we do from here? All help appreciated!!!!
